Heads Up is a non-profit charitable organization created for the purpose of providing support, encouragement, friendship and information for those recovering from brain injury and their families.
Of the 1.4 million who sustain a TBI each year in the US, 1.1 million will be treated and released from a hospital emergency room – left on our own, with no idea what to do, where to turn to find help. At Heads Up we understand the life challenges and frustrations you face. We understand that you have questions and we are searching daily for the information and resources you need.
Working together and renewed with hope is what Heads Up is all about.
